Smile Restaurant Khon Kaen

Dinner last night got to be a bit of a chilly event, with a pretty strong, cool to me chilling to the others, breeze. Outdoor dining might be taking its' annual hiatus for a bit here in isaan.

Isaan Food is not always spicy

especially as folks get older and are told to cut back on spicy food. And over the years I've seen people tend to enjoy comfort foods. A simple omellette with a stir fried cauliflower and beans  and a bit of rice. Healty eating in the village

So what isaan thaifood

this is the 1st time i spent the night in sahatsakhan and just wanted to get food and beer to take back to the room. There are a number of restaurants in town as well as at least 1 takeaway (no seats) market

another day starvation beaten at the doorstop naad there is beer leo somewhere too

The L is easy and for anyone into thai food the m should be no problem
